Through our Training and Education program for White Gloves & Blue Blazers Valet Cadet education, our students will be exposed to the high virtues of honor, dignity, respect and integrity as the springboard to set in motion commerce life and business exposure. You will count on WG & BB Trained Valet Cadets with confidence for any type of business or social event. It won’t matter what the size is... where it is... or when it is because WG & BB Cadets will carry the finest attributes of honor and skill.
WG & BB believes that hospitality combined with Honor, Dignity and Respect should have no limits. Our Cadets learn the value of going out of their way to deliver service that you and your guests desire. Plus, WG & BB trains its young people in the art of using the enormously valueable skills of honor, dignity, integrity and respect to produce mutually satisfactory outcomes. Food & Beverage STEWARD
Food and Beverage workers make up one of the largest and fastest growing occupational groups in our labor force. The expansion of businesses such as hotels, restaurants and catering firms have widened the career opportunities for those with proper motivation and training. Some of the entry-level positions are bus person, wait person, steward prep cook, cashier, and host. With further education and experience, possible positions available are maitre'd, restaurant manager, beverage manager, executive steward, food and beverage director, and general manger White Gloves & Blue Blazers program will meets industry standards. Students are awarded recognition from the our Executive Cotillion and Advisors upon completing its courses.
