We will oversee the wedding day preparations, and direct the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. Initial Consultation
WeDo presents to you comprehensive survey questionnaires that helps you narrow down the main details of the wedding. We discuss budget information. We also present a covenant between WeDo Services and yourself.
Vendor Selections
In order for WeDo Services to provide you with the World-Class vendor services and based on your survey questionnaire, WeDo will discuss the options available. WeDo will serve your needs - in a one-stop fashion. WeDo will organize and coordinate all details of your planning and special needs. These details will be put into a comprehensive format that reflects your designs and desires. Once approved by you, all information will be presented to you vendor. At that time a consultation contact will be made to finalize details and to make introductions. This allows your wedding professionals a solid platform to serve you in an "ease-y" relationship. Stress reduction is what WeDo is all about. WeDo wants YOU to enjoy your moments, again, with world-class service. WeDo Services is the liaison between you and them getting details in place, contracts, and other information you need. This includes ceremonial rites, ceremony sites, reception halls, florists, photographers, videographers, bakeries, limousines, officiants, all areas of music, and any other wedding professional necessary to make your wedding day exactly what you have dreamed of!
Other Consultations
Through meetings, phone calls, faxes, and e-mails, we will plan the details WeDo will implement your choices. WeDo will give you budget updates and remind you when vendor payments are due. WeDo will give you small assignments (like choosing the menu) along the way to make sure we are progressing within the proper time frame. I can also help with hotel reservations, save-your-date letters, rehearsal dinner plans, marriage license information, hair stylists, rental items, welcome baskets, maps, and many more items to add the special touches to your day! Prior to the wedding, you will receive a detailed list of final details of your wedding day from start to finish.
The Wedding Rehearsal and Wedding Directing
Should you desire to use an Officiant from our WeDo Services professional roster, WeDo will conduct your wedding rehearsal as part of the package. WeDo wants for everyone to be knowledgeable for the big day. On your wedding day, WeDo will be one of the first people there and the last to leave to make sure your wedding is perfect! WeDo will make sure the ceremony and reception are set up to your specifications, everyone is present, and all details go smoothly.
